Kahu Youth members have been busy preparing for the festival debut of the "Ruby Island Circus", which will be held on the Saturday afternoon of Wanakafest.
Mr Elvey said the community was getting in behind the "locals" themed Wanakafest and Kahu Youth members had been working on different signs, props and activities for the circus as part of their school holiday activities this week.
