Winter Games New Zealand is seeking good ideas for the Downtown Sessions Festival programme in Wanaka in August next year.
A public brainstorming session will be held at the Lake Wanaka Centre on Tuesday, April 3, from 5.30pm, to help the games organisers decide on an entertainment and activities programme for visitors and locals.
There are plans to extend the entertainment programme to every night of the week, rather than just on the nights of the awards ceremonies.
Ideas for adventure, ice, snow and music-based events are also being sought.
