A 41-year-old woman was flown to Dunedin Hospital by the Otago Regional Rescue Helicopter yesterday after a horse rolled on her.
The incident happened on a farm near Corriedale, North Otago.
The woman used a walkie-talkie to contact her husband, police said.
It was understood the woman, who had moderate injuries, was leading the horse, when she slipped, causing the horse to roll on her.
