Oamaru company Whitestone Contracting Ltd has won back the contract to maintain Waimate roads.
The contract, which starts from July 1, is worth $5.5 million.
Whitestone, wholly owned by the Waitaki District Council, lost the contract to EDi Works five years ago but won it back in the latest round of tendering by the Waimate District Council.
