A person was airlifted to hospital after a tractor rolled near Millers Flat in the Teviot Valley this afternoon.
Police said were called just after 4pm after a beacon was activated on Tima Burn Rd between Minzion Rd and Lake Onslow Rd.
One person was initially trapped but they were freed and winched into a helicopter.
A St John spokesman said the person was flown to Dunedin Hospital with serious to moderate injuries.
