Cromwell Fire Brigade chief fire officer Steve Shaw said the fire, which was discovered about 8.10pm, burned at the storeroom end of the building.
Four fire appliances attended and the fire took about 20 minutes to put out. It was not known how the fire began but and a fire investigator would examine the scene, Mr Shaw said.
