One person has been rushed to hospital after a car rolled in the Maniototo this morning.
Emergency services were called to the scene near Paerau at 5.55am.
A police spokeswoman said the car had rolled on the Styx-Paerau Rd, about 200m north of the Hore's Bridge.
A Fire and Emergency New Zealand spokesman confirmed the sole occupant of the vehicle was trapped and had to extracted by fire crews at the scene.
St John's spokesman Gerard Campbell said the person was rushed to Ranfurly Hospital with moderate injuries.
