Corka Dream added to a long list of wins this season for Christchurch owner Ian Dobson when he overcame the back mark of 30m in the Marlborough Winter Cup yesterday.
It was the fourth win this season for Corka Dream and his 10th in 23 starts.
Dobson races Joyfuljoy, winner of the 3yr-old diamond at the Harness Jewels and Sires Stakes Fillies Championship.
Joyfuljoy has won eight races this season.
Dobson has won the $156,000 Sires Stakes Championship for 2yr-old fillies with Yankee Dream, winner of four of her six starts.
Mywayorthehighway has won four races.
She was retired after winning in 1.57.4 at Winton in March.
She is in foal to Peruvian Hanover.
Corka Dream, Yankee Dream and Mywayorthehighway have all been trained by Robert Dunn.
He also won yesterday with Lionels Meddle.
Both winners were driven by John Dunn.
Dexter Dunn advanced his tally of wins for the season to 174 when he drove To Ri Dette and Band On The Run yesterday.
Dobson is also the owner of Christian Cullen, the leading sire this season with a record stakes tally of $4,695,700.
Christian Cullen has sired 152 winners of 296 races.
Christian Cullen, who is presently serving mares in the United States, has previously topped the sires' list twice.
MJ Fulham was stood down from racing for 28 days after falling in race 8.
MJ Fulham fell near the 300m and brought down Caughtinthecrossfire.
Va Va Voom also lost his driver in the incident and Konni Kase was pulled up.
• MJ Fulham will have to give two satisfactory trials before stewards.
Jan Williams, the driver of Konni Kase, was suspended up to and including June 23 for careless driving in an earlier skirmish with Caughtinthecrossfire with 1800m to run. Todd Woodward was fined $300 for excessive use of the whip on Sunset Dream in the closing stages of race 3.
Barry Ford (Grant Us Peace) was fined $150 for excessive use of the whip.
Derek Jones was fined $150 for afixing the wrong saddle cloth number to So and So.
