A couple were today sent for trial for allegedly sexually violating a 14-year-old girl.
In Wellington District Court the man and woman, whose names were suppressed, faced joint charges of rape, unlawful sexual connection, and supplying cannabis to a person under the age of 18, in the early 1990s.
The couple were committed for trial at the High Court in Wellington on March 2.
