Fat Harry's salmon tomato soup

Ingredients

1 onion, diced
½ tsp diced garlic
2 tomatoes, chopped
500ml water
½ tsp dried dill
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
150g baked salmon
100ml cream 

 

Method 

Cook the onion and garlic in a little oil until soft. Add tomatoes, water, dill, salt and sugar. Cook until the onion is cooked. Flake the salmon into the soup and finish with cream.
