Dressed for the occasion

Holding on tight to their stuffed toys and each other are Dunedin siblings (from left) Clara, 7, Harrison, 4, and Addi, 8, Forbes, at Tuhura Otago Museum’s Pyjamarama Lego edition event yesterday.

Pyjamarama was a celebration of the end of term 1 for the young children, who dressed up in their best bedtime attire and brought their teddies and torches to explore the museum.

About 650 children took part in the exciting evening filled with face painting, wacky balloon animals and searching the galleries for hidden treasures.

Along with a Lego quiz there was a Lego drawing workshop for the children.
