Judy Mason (left) and Jan Letts, both of Dunedin, work on a new piece at Toitū Otago Settlers Museum to mark World Embroidery Day yesterday.

The piece is part of a series of embroidery works marking moments in New Zealand history. This piece is about the foundation of Wellington.
