Seth Nika was the right man in the right place this afternoon.
While on his way to a youth group meeting he came across a group of ducklings trapped beneath a storm water grate on County Rd, Kaikorai Valley.
Equipped with a golf club and blessed with long arms, Seth managed to pluck the ducklings from their precarious position and bring them back to dry land.
