A cyclist has been taken to Dunedin Hospital after colliding with a car door in Green Island this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to Main South Rd about 11.50am this morning after a male cyclist collided with a car door.
A St John spokesman said one ambulance was sent to the scene and arrived just before noon.
A 63-year-old male was transported to Dunedin Hospital's emergency department with minor injuries.
Police also attended and spoke to to the driver of the car but he was allowed to leave the scene not long after.
