A woman has been injured after a truck and car crashed on a Dunedin motorway tonight.
A police spokeswoman said a truck and car collided on the Southern Motorway, near Green Island, just after 6pm.
The crash resulted in the northbound lane of the motorway, near the on-ramp from Green Island, being blocked.
Traffic is being diverted through Kaikorai, she said.
The driver of the car was alone, she said.
The truck driver was uninjured.
A St John spokesman said a woman in the car sustained moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Dunedin Hospital.
