Jackson doctor 'not a suspect'

A spokeswoman for the doctor at Michael Jackson's side when he died says he is not considered a suspect after a three-hour meeting with police.

Miranda Sevcik, a spokeswoman for Dr. Conrad Murray, said in a statement night that the doctor met to "clarify some inconsistencies".

The statement also says investigators believe "the doctor is in no way a suspect and remains a witness".

Police confirmed that they interviewed Murray and that he was cooperative.

Sevcik says Murray and his attorney "answered every and all questions" during a three-hour meeting, and that he will continue to co-operate.

Murray was with Jackson when the singer stopped breathing on Thursday, and reportedly performed CPR until paramedics arrived.
