A trial date has been set for a man accused of murdering a woman in west Auckland in June.
Shane Millar, 30, will stand trial on August 15 next year charged with the murder of beneficiary Susan Ann Marriner, 46.
Ms Marriner's body was found in a Henderson house on June 8.
Millar will return to court for a further callover on March 23.
His trial in August is expected to last five days.
