A man charged with murdering his wife by setting fire to her has been remanded to reappear in a Hamilton court next month.
Divesh Sharma, 29, is charged with the murder of his wife Ranjeeta Sharma, who was found burned to death on the side of a road, near Huntly, in January.
He appeared in Hamilton District Court today and was remanded in custody.
