Elder's supervision case adjourned

Millie Elder, stepdaughter of broadcaster Paul Holmes, was today remanded until next month during her latest court appearance over allegedly breaching a supervision order.

The matter was adjourned in Auckland District Court until March 10 to allow for further confirmation that she was complying with the terms of the order.

Last March, Elder was sentenced to 12 months' supervision after being convicted of possessing methamphetamine and a pipe, and allowing her flat to be used for the consumption of drugs.

Last December, when she appeared in court over the alleged breaches, which she denied, the case was adjourned to give her the opportunity to comply with the order.

Elder is also due back in court on March 10 on a separate matter.

She and co-defendant Connor Morris, both 20, face a count of possessing methamphetamine.

They were previously remanded on bail after pleading not guilty to the charge.
