An intoxicated woman who kept leaning on a moving taxi ended up needing medical treatment.
Sergeant Anthony Bond said a taxi driver was trying to turn his taxi around in St Heliers Court, Clyde Hill, at 5.40pm yesterday, but the intoxicated 52-year-old woman he was supposed to pick up kept leaning on the vehicle when it moved.
The woman fell down and hit her head on the footpath.
An ambulance was called and treated the woman, he said.
