The Romanian team has entered fully into the spirit of the occasion, discarding all clothing expect black capes - and plastic fangs.
The game, billed as the unofficial curtain raiser to the England v Romania World Cup clash, is the first time the famed Dunedin nude team has charged an entry fee.
The crowd is smaller than the 1500 who watched the previous game against a Spanish selection when there was no entry fee and the game was held at Kettle Park, much closer to the city centre than the castle on Otago Peninsula.
