Third-year bachelor of culinary arts students were offered a smorgasbord of food at pop-up food stalls in the Otago Polytechnic hub yesterday.

Bachelor of culinary arts academic leader Adrian Woodhouse said the event involving 24 students and 10 food stalls was a practical way for the students to show what they had been learning.

Other stalls included vegan and baked goods.
