A register of street hazards in Dunedin should be available on the Dunedin City Council's website in a few months.
Council senior traffic engineer Ron Minnema said progress was being made on the register, which would be part of a new easy-to-find web page on the council's website.
The page would contain information which was already available but was hard to find on the website, and a list of hazards the council was aware of and planned to fix.
An online form would make it easier for people to report hazards.
Information on how courtesy crossings work, including the fact they are not pedestrian crossings but pedestrians can cross at them, will be added to the council site later this year.
