Sticking to your principal

Celebrating international principals’ day yesterday with their own principal at Big Rock Primary School (front) David Grant, were pupils (from left), Sage Lewis-Phillips (13), Malachi Turner and Isabella Yeoman (both 11), Mikah Reihana (12), Esme Grey (11), Beau Mansfield (12) and Scarlett Hancock (13).

Mr Grant was "totally surprised" by the day, with staff and pupils all helping organising a big shared lunch, and pupils making cards, pictures and messages to pass on to Mr Grant.

He said he was not aware "International principals’ day" was a real thing, but was so proud and happy of the day they organised for him.
