Eighty model hopefuls put their best foot forward at the model search held at Aart on St Andrew St yesterday.
Ali McD Aart Agency co-director Aliana McDaniel said the hopefuls were of ''all different shapes and sizes, which is what we like''.
By tomorrow, those faces will be whittled down to just six, who will be judged online by the public in the hope of becoming the face of the fashion event.
The winner will become a signature model for iD Dunedin Fashion Week XV, including modelling in key catwalk shows, being signed by the agency, and receiving free modelling classes, a photo shoot and makeovers.
Voting will close on November 12 and the winner will be announced on November 15.
Tickets to key iD events will go on sale next month. Designer announcements are imminent.
