The trio were among about 30 principals from New Zealand to attend the programme at Harvard Graduate School of Education Principals’ Centre in Sydney.
The programme was led by lecturers from Harvard University and comprised 120 participants from Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Papua New Guinea, all keen to learn, refresh and reinvigorate their leadership skills for the coming year.
Mrs Nicholson said it was a wonderful opportunity to drill down more deeply into leadership frameworks, culture and team-building research.
They came back with a tank full of great ideas and other Dunedin principals would also benefit from the programme, she said.
