Pedestrian suffers moderate injuries

A pedestrian has moderate injuries after an incident involving a car.  

A police spokesman said officers, Fire and Emergency NZ and St John ambulance were called to Cumberland and Frederick St about 9am today, after a report that a car had hit a pedestrian. 

The person was in moderate condition and taken to Dunedin Hospital.
