Armed police and a dog attend an incident in Mitchell Ave, Dunedin, about 10.15am yesterday.
One person was taken into custody and inquiries were ongoing.
A police spokeswoman said the incident was in relation to an earlier disorder job.

Sergeant Mike Calvert, of Dunedin, said dogs and armed police were called as a precaution but were stood down shortly after they arrived.
