Felix Culling (left, 5) and Nuku Ritchie (5), of Dunedin, practise juggling at Toitu Otago Settlers Museum yesterday.
The circus skills workshop in the NZR Lounge was a popular school holiday event for a generation that was more used to computer games, tutor Jay Glubb said.
''The kids really seem to enjoy the non-competitive element to juggling. You're working to your own abilities and developing your own skills. We start them off with scarves, because they're slow and easy to catch. It's a great way to learn juggling.''
