The show iTedE at the Regent Theatre at 7pm features the sharp-tongued ventriloquist puppets Chuck Wood and Ted E. Bare.
Strassman recently learned of the closure of Cadbury factory and about 360 job losses, publicist Bex Martelletti said.
The tickets would be available for any staff affected and their families.
Staff would need to bring proof of working at Cadbury, such as a company ID or pay-slip, to the Regent box office to get tickets to the adult show.
Anyone aged between 12 and 15 must be accompanied by an adult, Ms Martelletti said.
