Eid celebrated

Pakistan Association of Otago head of business Anam Ahmed and her husband chief people and culture officer Iftekhar Ahmed enjoy some chicken wrap at the Eid Mela Carnival in South City Mall in South Dunedin.

 

Incoming president Dr Zohaib Rana said Eid meant "crazy celebrations" in Pakistan. 

 

It marked the end of Ramadan, a month of prayer and fasting from dawn to sunset.
