Dunedin police are looking for an alleged hit-and-run driver after a man on a bike was struck on a roundabout in Musselburgh Rise.
The driver of the car that hit the cyclist did not stop yesterday, but Acting Senior Sergeant Anthony Bond said police had the car’s number plate and would be following up.
Police would also be obtaining video footage from an EnviroWaste truck present at the crash, which happened about 10am.
The 40-year-old cyclist received minor injuries, Acting Snr Sgt Bond said.
