A woman has driven into a wall at "high speed'' in Port Chalmers this morning.

An NPD Port Chalmers Motors spokesman said a motorist at the garage in George St got their foot stuck and jammed on the accelerator.

The car hit a wall near the garage at "high-speed''.

Emergency services were called to the incident just before 11am.
