Emergency staff work to free the female driver of a Mitsubishi Mirage that rolled in Pitt St, between Queen and Elder Sts, City Rise, about 3.30pm yesterday.
A witness said the car slid into a bank and then rolled.
A fire communications spokesman said fire crew used extraction gear to remove the driver.
