A police officer was this evening guarding the Stadium Store in Victoria Rd, Dunedin, after what appears to be a robbery.
The shutter door was half closed and police tape was stretched across the door.
The officer was unable to tell media what had happened.
Three police cars were seen speeding to the scene with sirens on a little after 7pm, and cars were cruising the area.
