About seven marked and unmarked police cars were seen parked in the street, along with a police van.
Members of the AOS were seen carrying riot shields, assault-style firearms and a battering ram.
A police dog was also deployed.
A police spokeswoman said the incident was a pre-planned warrant to locate persons of interest.
However, it appeared the people were not located at the address and inquiries were ongoing.
Members of the AOS assisted as precaution, the spokeswoman said.
