A car running a red light ended up T-boning another in central Dunedin, police say.
Senior Sergeant Anthony Bond, of Dunedin, said officers were called to reports of a collision between two cars at the intersection of Stuart St and London St about 9.05pm yesterday.
A 19-year-old man had been crossing Stuart St in his car when he was T-boned by a 31-year-old man driving down Stuart St, Snr Sgt Bond said.
The 31-year-old admitted failing to stop for the red light and no injuries were reported.
The 19-year-old's car was towed as it could not be driven and was blocking a lane, Snr Sgt Bond said.
