The highlight bout will be Dunedin Venues Management Ltd chief executive David Davies taking on All Black captain Richie McCaw's manager, Warren Alcock.
"There are probably a few people who will enjoy seeing me get a smack on the nose," Mr Davies joked.
The card also features Dunedin premier rugby players Charlie O'Connell and Dale Jarden going toe-to-toe and Otago Daily Times circulation manager James Smith against More FM radio announcer Damian Newell.
The 32 contenders went through a five-week boot camp, trained by Ryan Henry, Eldon Clifton and Grant Hughes.
"Our focus wasn't on selecting the best boxers, or the fittest or strongest.
"We wanted ordinary, everyday people who had never stepped into a ring before. The weight and skill level of the bouts is really close, so it should be a very exciting event."
The fundraising event for the Malcam Trust has been sanctioned by the New Zealand Professional Boxing Association.
The bouts are: Mark Miller v Francis Fitzpatrick; Devin Stapley v Jason Hughes; Russell Lundy v David McSkimmin; Leanne Fry v Sheryn McLeod; Barry Smith v Andrew Leys; Tom West v James Mitchell; Chris Burke v James Graham; Rowena Davenport v Rosie Finnigan; James Smith v Damian Newell; Dale Jarden v Charlie O'Connell; and David Davies v Warren Alcock.
Tickets for the Lion Foundation Arena black-tie event are on sale from Monday.
