A Dunedin business man has agreed to stop selling synthetic cannabis while his interim retail licence is being considered.
Psychoactive Substances Regulatory Authority manager Dr Donald Hannah said Amrik Singh had agreed to ''cease trading'' in Princes St while his licence was being considered.
The authority declined to comment any further about the agreement with Mr Singh.
In the Otago Daily Times last week, Dr Hannah said that while an interim licence was being considered, the applicant could sell until a decision was made.
Mr Singh declined to comment last night.
