A large police presence, including a dog unit, is at a Northeast Valley address after a "group" of armed men were seen banging on the door.
A police media spokeswoman said the report came from a Cornhill St address about noon.
The group were armed with a "wooden stick" but police had been unable to locate them and no-one had been arrested, she said.
