When the Toitu Otago Settlers Museum reopens to the public on December 8, visitors will be able to sit inside the museum's distinctive Tiger Tea bus exhibit and watch a short film showing a re-enactment of people using the bus in the mid-1970s.
Museum director Linda Wigley said the museum's education team, in collaboration with a drama teacher, Evelyn Mann, had developed a drama focusing on previous passengers and topical issues from the mid-1970s, and actors had been filmed in period clothing.
