RECIPE: Croque-o-dile-in-the-Gardens Boysenberry white chocolate muffins

Summer berries and white chocolate team up to create a mouth-watering muffin.

2 cups self-raising flour. 3 /4 cup caster sugar. 150g butter. 2 eggs. 1 /2 cup white chocolate buttons. 3 /4 cup frozen or fresh boysenberries. 1 cup milk.

Mix together dry ingredients. Roughly chop boysenberries and mix through with dry ingredients and chocolate buttons.

Melt butter and add to beaten eggs and milk. Add the liquid to the dry mix and lightly stir through until the flour is dampened.

Spray 12 medium muffin pans and divide mixture between them. Bake at 200degC for 12-15 minutes.
