Sweatshirts aren't just for wearing at the weekend on the couch, says Amy Parsons-King.

I can safely say that sweatshirts and hoodies are my absolute favourite item of clothing at the moment.

How could they not be?  They're comfortable, versatile and "hide'' any bits I want to hide.

There was a time when I saved them exclusively for the weekend, wearing them with jeans, trackies or leggings (yes, I'm a fan of active-wear).

However, more recently I've been incorporating them into my weekday wardrobe, wearing them with absolutely everything.
