‘‘Our workplace is 60% female and our board is now comprised solely of women,’’ she said.
“We have always challenged norms and celebrated achievements. We recognise the software development industry has been traditionally male dominated, so we’ve made it our mission to improve opportunities for women in this industry and have plans to establish an internship programme for female developers from low decile schools.
