Fashion is the focus of a new Tourism Dunedin campaign aimed at women visiting the city in the next month, during which the 14th annual iD Dunedin Fashion Week will be held.
The autumn campaign, launched by Tourism Dunedin this week,
includes free personalised fashion tours in the city for those who book accommodation with associated providers.
Tourism Dunedin said the fashion tours were worth $200 and would be catered to the different style tastes of those participating.
They aimed to ''reveal'' Dunedin's distinctive fashion flair, and included visits to designer studios, unique retail spaces and ''chic'' refreshment stops, Tourism Dunedin said.
As part of its campaign, Tourism Dunedin launched a competition for a ''girls' weekend'' in Dunedin worth about $1000.
