Creating memories

Dunedin siblings Riley Brookland, 10, and Ryder Brown, 3, get to work making poppies from red felt, with a little help from Ella Morton from The Hits.

The children were among dozens who took part in the poppy-making activity at the Golden Centre Mall on Poppy Day last Friday, and at other times during the school holidays, guided by Ms Morton and The Hits colleague Holly Morse.

Their creations are among thousands of hand-made poppies on display at the mall before Anzac Day.
