Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray have their chance to complete a Big Four semi-final line-up at the Australian Open on Wednesday.

Defending champion Roger Federer and world No.3 Novak Djokovic have already booked their places, with straight sets quarter-final wins on Tuesday.

Spanish world No.1 Nadal and Scottish No.5 Murray will be heavily favoured to join them to create a dream set of semi-final match-ups.

Murray, who fell to Federer in last year's final, has breezed through the draw to this point, losing a combined total of just 22 games over his four matches.

He faces unseeded Ukrainian Alexandr Dolgopolov, who has already caused some major shocks, upsetting former finalist Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, then world No.4 Robin Soderling in his past two matches.

Nadal meets fellow Spaniard David Ferrer, who he has beaten in their past seven meetings, with seventh seed Ferrer only claiming a set in one of those.

In the two remaining women's quarter-finals to be played on Wednesday, Belgian tournament favourite Kim Clijsters will be out to continue her excellent run through the event.

Clijsters, a three-time US Open winner, is the only previous winner of a grand slam event left in the women's draw.

She has not dropped a set so far and takes on Polish 12th seed Agnieszka Radwanska, who has never been past the quarter-finals of a major.

Czech 25th seed Petra Kvitova, whose victims so far in the tournament include Australia's Samantha Stosur in the third round, will meet Russian world No.2 Vera Zvonareva.

Those players will be looking to join world No.1 Caroline Wozniacki and China's ninth seed Li Na, who have already booked a semi-final meeting.
