Alexandra picked up a much-needed win 18-0 over Cromwell at Molyneux Park to keep it in the hunt for the top four with just two rounds left to play.
It was a tightly contested match for the most part. Cromwell's forward pack competed well in the tight.
Alexandra lock Dave Reinds got his side on the board with a try midway through the first half and along with a Michael Paulin penalty goal.
After halftime Brett Harris crossed from fullback and then halfback Simon Williams closed the game with a try.
