Workmen start installing seats in the Otago Daily Times stand at Forsyth Barr Stadium yesterday.
The seats are being erected for the Bledisloe Cup test at the stadium on October 19.
With just over a month to go until the game, about 3000 tickets are left and organisers are confident the test will be sold out. All seats in the north and south stands are sold out.
The match will be the first time the All Blacks and Wallabies have clashed in Dunedin since 2001.
Dunedin Venues Management Ltd chief executive Darren Burden was expecting a capacity crowd of 29,000 for the game.
''Fans are clearly very excited at the opportunity to watch the All Blacks take on Australia under the roof here in Dunedin. We are down to the last tickets but there are still some great seats left, as well as family packages,'' he said.
''Dunedin has a reputation for putting on the ultimate test weekend. With so much happening in and around the city, I'd encourage people wanting to join in the atmosphere to get their tickets soon to avoid disappointment.''
The last 3000 tickets for the match are located at the two stands at either end.
