Lawrence scored three tries in the second half to beat Green Island in the Metro-Country competition on Saturday.
Lawrence led 6-5 at half-time, through two Sam Young penalties.
Green Island then went into the lead but Lawrence fought back well and scored three tries, with the boot of Young making all the difference.
Young scored a try and kicked three penalties and three conversions for 20 points, taking his tally for the season to 165.
Lawrence halfback Tex Conroy was another to have a good game, while Owen Ankers and Dave Kenny led the forwards well.
